THE ANNUAL INCREMENT OF THE FOREST AS A BASIC AND MAXIMAL CAPACITY IN THE EXPLOATATION OF THE FORESTS In this article the question of the determination of the element which is neccessary for the planing of the exploatation of the forest i. e. of the basic and maximal capacity, is discussed. To be able to produce in the exploatation of the foreits it is neccessary: L a forest with certain wooden mass ripe for the felling (cap. I), 2. an instrument for felling, working and preparing of the wood in the forest, (cap. II), 3. an apparatus, catle and machines for hauling of wood to the nearest forest depots, (cap. Ill), 4. vehicles for the export of the wood to the consumer, (cap. IV.) The capacity which is determinant is the annual increment of the forest i. e. the capacity of the forest (cap, I.) The specific properties of the forest order that the increment has to treated as the maximal capacity in the exploatation of the forest. The rule that the annual increment cannot be passed over, must be not understood to the letter. Here can and must be a retirement and virmaning inside of a concret forest area and concret period. In the case of retirement on must be carefull and take all technical and biological measures, which will in spite of it assure the stability of the forest found and the socialistic reproduction of the forest production. 200 |
