Some Linguistic Insufficiences in the Forest Law of Croatia


Summary


The author analysed the text of the Forest Law of Croatia from the linguistic
aspect and came to conclusion that quite a number of terms and notions, in his
opinion are neither in the spirit of the Croatian literary language, nor consequently
in the scientific language as its branch. Therefore, he suggests that the future texts
should utilize better words than those used at present.
