Management of Forest Ecosystem where the economic functions
predominate

There are various Methods of Forest Management for the woods where the
economic functions predominate. I am going to explain some methods, applied
in Croatia:

— in Evanged Oak Forest of Slavonia (see /the paper: D. Klepac: L´amenagement
et la gestion des forets de chene en Croatie. Vinkovci, 1987).
— in Selection Silver Fir, Spruce and Beech Forests in the region of Gorski
Kotar (see the paper: D. Klepac: Forest Management in the region of Go Uski
kotar, Delnice 1986).
— in other countries (see: M. R. K. Jeram: A textbook on Forest Management,
London 1945).
