trunkwood and branchwood growth rings increases from pith to bark. The amount
of fibre length increase in trunkwood is higher than in branchwood. Fibre length
in trunkwood is sligthly higher in brest hight, than in hight of 9.3 m from the
stump. The difference is only 4%.


Fibre length in branchwood is on average for 13% shorter than in trunkwood.


Fibre length in trees from locality of Duboka is in trunkwood 120/«, and in
branchwood ll19A, longer than in trees from locality of Duga Resa.
