Preliminary Sortiment Tables for Italian Oak (Quercus Frainetto Ten)     pdf     HR     EN 431
Summary: The Italian – oak (Qercus frainetto Ten) grows in Požega region on the southern slopes of Krndija mountain. In the central parts of Balkan penisula it builts asociation Quercetum frainetto – ceris Rudski 1949, and in Požega region strecht his west border – line of areal. The phytocenological researches (Trinajstić et al. 1996) on the bases of nine records found that the floral composition are rich and homogeneous (117 species). It is not confirmed that Italian – oak (Qercus frainetto Ten) autocthonous, or cultivated in the Western part of this boundary area.
For the past period the Quercus frainetto has been declared and managed as Qercus petrea.
The assortiment tables were produced on the basis cutting wood (assortiments), 341 model trees, in Menagement unit “Južna Krndija I”, compartments 104c, 120a, 121a.
Aritmetic mean of breast height diameter of model trees is 35,25 cm, values range from 18 to 59 cm and standard deviation 7,737.
Aritmetic mean of the volume model trees is 1,28 m3, values range from 0,237 to 3,812 m3 and standard deviation 0,656.
The volume share of tree assortiments by diameter degree of tree volume were expressed with relativ numbers, percents.
The functions of equialasing of percent share in volume of tree Italian oak are follow:
Sowlogs I., II., III. classes:
p I = - 87,357 + 63,426 log d,
p II = 70,639 – 32,047 log d,
p III = - 74,241 + 55,785 log d,
Thin roundwood:
p T. o. = 145,953 – 88,129 log d,
Stacked wood:
p Pr. d. = 93,068 – 36,91 log d,
Waste:
p Otp. = 13,698 + 0,98 log d,
The percent share in volume of tree Italian oak were presented in Table 6. and Graph 3.
